Return Policy

If you have received a package from us that was damaged during shipping, please see our Warranty Policy and follow the instructions.

Antiquana does not accept returns or exchanges on;

> personal goods such as body piercing items, earrings, swimsuits or lingerie

> any product marked as a “Sale Item”

> “As Is” items. Please also refer to the section covering "As Is" Purchases in our Warranty Policy

For all other “RETURNABLE” items please see the next section covering our “Refund Policy”

 

 

Refund Policy

Items NOT covered in our Return Policy

> “RETURNABLE” items may be exchanged for an account credit ONLY.

> Due to our extremely low prices we do NOT give CASH REFUNDS !

> “RETURNABLE” items must be returned immediately. *

> Returned Items must be unused and still have all tags, packaging, etc.

> Return postage is paid by the sender and will NOT be refunded.

> Antiquana may charge a restocking fee.

*Post-marked the day after receipt ! If circumstances do not allow a next-day return, you must contact us immediately (with a good reason) to be granted an extension.

 

 

 

 

Deposits

> Deposits are charged ONLY for “Special Order” items.

> Deposits are applied as a credit to your customer account.

> Credits will be applied to the final invoice amount.

> Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, as they were levied for a “Special Order” item.
